Talk Therapy

The truth is we are our experts; we have more information about ourselves than anyone else.  An expert will tell you that to stay up-to-date and relevant; one must invest time in research.  One must read books, look at recent statistics, and talk to other experts and researchers in the field.  This research happens to gain the most knowledge about your subject.

Our lives are constantly changing, and we must take the time to understand these changes to grow and improve ourselves. One way to do this is through Talk Therapy, which is a valuable tool for self-discovery. During a Talk Therapy session, a therapist will help you explore your thoughts and emotions, ask relevant questions, and guide you toward finding solutions to your problems. Investing in Talk Therapy is investing in yourself, and it can help you become an expert in your own life. If you're interested in learning more, click here to find out how to get started.

Welcome to Renewal Life Counseling! We are here to help you with therapy services catered to adults aged 18 and above. Our first step will be to conduct an assessment to understand your stressors and how you have dealt with them in the past. Don't worry, we're here to support you every step of the way!

Your clinician is here to help you! Together, you will create a therapy plan that outlines the goals you want to achieve during treatment. Your clinician will help you explore different coping mechanisms and how to apply them to manage the stressors you're experiencing. They're here to support you every step of the way!

We'll have a chance to work together and help you learn how to make small changes that can improve your daily life. Through education and reflection, you'll see that you have the ability to enhance your functioning and feel more capable.

“Anyone can hide. Facing up to things, working through them, that’s what makes us strong.”

Employee Assistance Program

What is EAP?

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a program that is available to employees and their household members. It is voluntary and work-based and offers confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees who may be dealing with personal or work-related problems. The services provided by EAP are free of cost to the employees.

How Do I Access EAP Services?

If you're interested in finding out if your workplace offers Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits, please contact your Human Resources department. They will provide you with a number to call to speak with an EAP Specialist. The Specialist will either give you a list of EAP providers in your area or will help you arrange for an initial assessment with a specific EAP provider.
