Mind-Matters Parent/Teen Dinner Mondays

These in-person gatherings give parents, caregivers, and teens space to connect, learn, and build skills that support emotional wellness and healthy development. As teens prepare for adulthood, caring for their mental and emotional well-being and having a supportive community around them can make a meaningful difference.
