Tamara is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in both South Carolina and North Carolina. She is engaged in the field of mental health care and employs various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her specialization encompasses assisting adults aged 21 and older undergoing significant life transitions, such as career changes, divorce, or the challenges of becoming a new parent. Furthermore, Tamara addresses issues related to grief and loss, relational trauma, dissociation, and anxiety disorders.

Carissa focuses on providing counseling and case management services to children and their parents. Throughout her career, she has helped families deal with various challenges, including everyday stress and child trauma. Carissa realizes that parents also need support. Therefore, she offers individual counseling for them in addition to helping their children. She employs various therapeutic methods, including Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Carissa is dedicated to assisting people in overcoming depression, anxiety, and stress.

Tanesha Jones-Boyd, Ph.D., LPC-A

Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate

Tanesha’s clinical experience provides comprehensive counseling services to individuals and families throughout Upstate South Carolina. Her clinical work is grounded in a whole-person approach that honors each client’s lived experiences while supporting them in taking meaningful ownership of their lives. Tanesha’s areas of focus include career counseling, grief and loss, crisis intervention, anxiety and depression, anger management, and cross-cultural concerns. She has previously worked with individuals recently released from incarceration and has supported teenagers and college students as they navigate academic stress, identity development, and significant life transitions. She has a special interest in working with adults and teens, individuals on parole or probation, clients managing anger-related challenges, first-generation college students, and adolescents transitioning from high school to college or life after graduation. Tanesha is especially attuned to the unique barriers faced by clients experiencing academic struggles or adjusting to new environments.

Kemeako Dillard, LPC, LAC, CS

Licensed Professional Counselor

Kemeako, a licensed and certified addiction counselor, has extensive experience in counseling. She offers a diverse and creative approach to therapy that helps clients navigate life's challenging times. These include using treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Art Therapy, and the Client-Centered Approach. Her goal is to help create a safe environment where clients can express their thoughts and feelings and develop positive coping skills to manage their stressors. 

Anjanette Chege, LISW-CP

Clinical Social Worker

Mrs. Chege has worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, addressing a wide range of client issues. She uses a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). She has also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
