It is time to clean out our lives! Join Kameako Dillard, LPC, LAC, as she walks women through a five to six-week group focused on restoring a sense of strength. What does that mean? Attendees will have the opportunity to discover a healthier self image and emerge with the confidence they desire.

Sessions will be held on the following Saturdays, June 1st, June 8th, June 15th, June 22nd, and June 29th. Each group builds on the other, so it is recommended that participants commit to the entire process to get the most out of this experience.
