Join us for a fantastic day with inspiring speakers and fun activities to uplift our mental well-being. This event is designed for the community to explore ways to prioritize mental health, gain tools to tackle mental wellness challenges, and discover local resources. We can't wait to see you there!
We have six dynamic speakers who will guide us through a motivational journey to prioritize our mental health, teach coping skills, and introduce us to take-home-friendly strategies. The goal is to provide the community with resources and support one another on this mental wellness journey. Attendees will also gain early insight into the ongoing mental health initiatives brought to the community through our partnership with Renewal Life Counseling and Predestined Teen Outreach.

Through experiential learning and education, participants will develop a personalized toolkit for managing stress and promoting relaxation in their daily lives.

This class seeks to equip teens with the knowledge and skills to recognize signs of suicide risk, promote open conversations about mental health, and actively contribute to creating a supportive and compassionate environment for themselves and their peers.
